Philosophy or point of wisdom that informs how she approaches her work: When I am put in a position of leadership, direction, or coordination, my focus is always on treating everyone as I would like to be treated. I have a passion for excellence. And if I can deliver excellence with a smile, that's the icing for the client. My goal is to provide these things to both clients and coworkers 24/7.

Career event or incident that is representative of what she has enjoyed most on the job: Receiving an email, card, or telephone call from a client stating, along with a huge thank you, that they could not have been happier with how their exchange went. I like to hear them say about National 1031, "You are the best." This is my reward.

Significant points along the timeline of her career: On the road to handling 1031 exchanges, I was a teacher, restaurant owner, a parent, chamber of commerce executive, and other positions. Each stop along this path has provided me with life lessons that help me deal with any situation that lands on my desk. You might think an exchange would be straight forward, black and white, and relatively uneventful. Not in our office!

What has experience and insight shown her is the most important thing she helps clients with? Providing PEACE of MIND is the priority for me. We are dealing with people's money.
