Career event or incident that is representative of what she has enjoyed most on the job: As distinct from my work as a CPA, what I love most about 1031 exchanges is that the client is always happy. We are always saving people money.
Significant points along the timeline of her career: This includes having becoming a certified exchange specialist in 2003. In 1995 I became vice president of the 1031 Corporation in Longmont, Colorado. In 2004 I purchased National 1031 Exchange Service.
What experience and insight have shown her is the most important thing she helps clients with: To structure an exchange to be sure it complies with all rules and regulations and qualifies as a 1031 tax-deferred exchange.
