National 1031 Exchange Service is a Qualified Intermediary. We work with investors and advisors daily to accommodate delayed and "forward" 1031 exchanges.

We have special expertise in structuring and acting as an Exchange Accommodation Titleholder for reverse and improvement exchanges under the IRS "safe harbor" procedure for Qualified Exchange Accommodation Arrangements.

We participate in exchanges outside of the safe harbor under more general principals established by legal and tax precedent.

We have structured numerous reverse and improvement exchanges throughout the United States.
